Mr Price Money is looking for a motivated, passionate and innovative Commercial Business Partner to join our Financial Services team, enabling the performance objectives of Mr Price Money’s Credit and Insurance products.

**key responsibilities**

**Business Partnering**
- Omni-channel sales & new customer monitoring across business verticals to ensure revenue optimisation
- Liaising with marketing, operational teams & business analysts to drive revenue optimization
- Partner with risk team to ensure initiatives are maximized
- Partner with finance teams for sales reconciliations
- Supplier relations and key contact for account management
- Omni-channel cost of acquisition calculations, monitoring & recommendations to departments
- Budgeting and forecasting support to finance teams
- Partner with business intelligence teams to assess return on marketing spend
- Partner with finance and IT teams for reporting design and automation
- Partner with marketing teams for customer communications
- Partner with HR and Operational teams to review product-related training material

**Projects**
- New product performance tracking
- Product processes optimisation across commercial business units
- Implementation and monitoring of controls (financial & non-financial) across products
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and trends in the market
- Product business case formulation
- Adhoc projects

**Compliance**
- Review of quarterly Insurance compliance submissions
- Work closely with legal teams
- Working knowledge of FAIS and NCR legislation

**requirements**
- Sound knowledge of commercial acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Office)
- Entrepreneurial flair
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Project management skills
- Honours degree in Finance/Accounting or related with greater than two years of working experience in a similar industry or role
- Newly qualified CA(SA) will be given preference
