**About the Role**
We are seeking a seasoned **FP&A Manager / Finance Business Partner** to drive financial strategy, performance insights, and decision support within our fast-paced, consumer-focused business. This role is ideal for an accomplished finance professional who thrives on partnering with leadership, translating data into actionable insights, and shaping the future growth of a dynamic QSR environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the **financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting** process across the business.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to provide **strategic insights** that optimize performance and profitability.
- Develop and maintain robust **financial models**, dashboards, and reporting tools to track business performance.
- Identify **growth opportunities, risks, and efficiencies** through data-driven analysis.
- Deliver high-quality monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and forward-looking recommendations to the Executive Team.
- Mentor and develop junior finance team members, instilling a culture of **commercial acumen** and business partnership.
- Act as a key advisor in **pricing, new product launches, and expansion decisions**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 12 years’ experience** in finance roles, with significant time in FP&A or commercial finance within QSR, FMCG, or Retail.
- Proven track record of **influencing senior stakeholders** and driving financial performance in consumer-centric businesses.
- Advanced skills in **financial modelling, forecasting, and data visualization**.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance detail with big-picture strategy.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
