The SAP **Value Advisory (VA) organization** is dedicated to positioning SAP as the **premier innovation partner** by delivering measurable **AI-enabled business value and transformative customer experiences**.

**SAP Value Advisory** focuses on **strategic, consultative value selling** through its “Vision to Value” approach. This involves collaborating with customers to:

- Link their business strategy and desired outcomes to the experiences they aim to deliver.
- Define the business capabilities—and AI-driven innovations—required to achieve those outcomes.
- Demonstrate the value of SAP solutions in enabling data-powered, AI-augmented enterprises.

The Value Advisory team supports pipeline-building strategies, driving increased industry pipeline and revenue while strengthening SAP’s leadership position in collaboration with regional sales and the Virtual Account Teams.

**What you bring**
- ** Language & Communication Skills**- Fluency in English, with strong proficiency in speaking, writing, presenting, and developing executive-level content.
- ** Value Advisory Expertise**- Proven ability to build qualitative and quantitative business cases for organizational transformation.
- Skilled in driving value realization initiatives and benchmarking key industry KPIs.
- ** Industry Experience**- Primary focus on Services Industries, especially **Engineering, Construction & Operations (EC&O)**, **Professional Services**, and **Travel & Transportation**.
- Secondary exposure to **Telecommunications**, **Sports**, and **Media & Entertainment** industries.
- ** Executive Engagement & Consulting Skills**- Demonstrated success in engaging with **CxO-level executives** and collaborating closely with senior leadership teams.
- Multinational consulting and business development experience, with a strong **global mindset**.
- ** Collaboration & Delivery Capabilities**- Ability to work independently within **multidisciplinary virtual teams**, addressing complex requirements under tight timelines.
- Experience leveraging **innovative customer engagement techniques** to drive meaningful outcomes.
- ** Education & Technical Knowledge**- ** Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)** in a relevant discipline (required).
- ** MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree** from an accredited university (preferred).
- ** SAP experience** or knowledge of SAP solutions is a significant advantage.
- ** Other Requirements**- **Travel**:The role involves traveling across Southern African countries to engage with customer executives and key decision-makers, facilitate collaborative workshops, present strategic outcomes to senior leadership, and represent SAP at industry events and conferences
