- Develop and execute tailored social media campaigns across global markets, supporting the global social media and marketing team.
- Help TransUnion have a strong social media presence through organic, paid and advocacy, positioning us as a source of relevant company news, insights and updates.
- Ensure our social media activity follows best practices, helping our marketing and sales teams achieve their goals.

- You will support the social media team in executing on the global social media strategy.

**Key Tasks and Accountabilities**
- Create engaging social media content that maintains high click-through and engagement rates.
- Use social media to drive high-value clicks, engagements and leads.
- Contribute to and maintain a content calendar with a good, consistent cadence of posts.
- Publish/schedule social media posts through Sprinklr, our social media management tool.
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across social media channels.
- Monitor inbound social, specifically as it relates to comments linking to interest in products, solutions or thought leadership material.
- Support the management of social media stories and tasks in Rally, our agile project management tool. Ensure timelines are accurate and all stakeholders are aligned on due dates — ensuring on time delivery of campaigns.
- Grow our audiences organically, across channels, by producing enticing content.
- Adopt and work with new platforms and approaches as required.
- Align social content to our style guides.
- Strictly follow social media processes and policies.
- Understand and report from social media measurement dashboards, highlighting key outcomes.

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong communicator with an appreciation and knowledge of the role organic and paid social media plays in the wider marketing function.
- Good writing and editing skills.
- Social media native, with strong interest and skills in social media community management, content planning and distribution (organic and paid).
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in setting-up, monitoring and measuring paid social media campaigns.
- Proactive approach to projects and easily adapts to new ways of working.
- Ability to multitask and manage yourself, ensuring deadlines are met, and to the best standard.

**Preferred Skills**:

- A solid understanding of wider marketing principles.
- A strong interest in using technology and software to increase efficiency.
- An appreciation of visual communication.

**Academic and Professional Qualifications**:

- Degree educated
