**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
As the HR & Culture Liaison at Kurtosys, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations while promoting and preserving the company culture. This role serves as a vital link between employees, leadership, and the HR team to ensure the smooth implementation of HR initiatives while cultivating an inclusive and collaborative work environment in alignment with Kurtosys' core values: Trust, Transparency, Teamwork, Confidence, and Bravery.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Culture Promotion and Employee Engagement**:

- Act as a cultural ambassador, embedding Kurtosys’ values into daily operations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Organize and oversee culture-building activities, including team events and diversity & inclusion programs.
- **Office Management and Employee Coordination**:

- Manage the reception area to ensure professional and efficient daily operations.
- Act as the key liaison between the company and building management for facility-related concerns.
- Maintain organized and clean communal office spaces.
- Support HR-related administration, including employment confirmations, reporting line updates, and data management in BambooHR and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Facilitate onboarding communication, serving as the primary contact for new hires.
- Oversee the onboarding schedule and diary management for new employees.
- **HR and Talent Team Support**:

- Provide support to the HR department for tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and overall employee lifecycle management.
- Administer the BambooHR system, managing employee data, reporting lines, and leave balances.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and compliance with statutory and internal policies.
- Assist with conducting Managed Integrity Evaluations (MIE) and reference checks.
- **Learning & Development**:

- Collaborate with the HR team to support personal and professional development programs, including LinkedIn Learning.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops aligned with Kurtosys’ core values and team development.
- **Wellness & Support Programs**:

- Lead wellness initiatives focused on improving employees' mental and physical well-being.
- Administer the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and provide resources to support employee growth and well-being.
- **HR Strategy & Process Improvement**:

- Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing internal processes and systems.
- Assist with HRMS/payroll management to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Support continuous improvements in employee experience by optimizing HR processes.
