**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate, schedule, and monitor a fleet of side tipper trucks
- Manage driver communication, route planning, and job allocation
- Handle operational challenges, monitor fuel usage, and reduce downtime
- Maintain up-to-date load tracking and ensure timely delivery of commodities
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to grow client relationships
- Assist in sourcing new business through strategic marketing initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **3+ years’ experience** in the tipper or bulk transport industry
- Proven ability to manage a fleet efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Background or experience in **marketing or client relationship management**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with basic Excel and logistics software experience
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
