**Purpose**
To fill the trucks with diesel, facilitate the completion of all diesel tasks and performs a variety of tasks related to different areas of the diesel bay including cleanliness, diesel pump maintenance and other diesel bay related functions.

Roles & Responsibility
- Co-ordinate with Controllers to plan trucks for shift.
- Ensure all resources are available for Admin requirements (tablet is charged, phone is charged, there is enough data)
- Ensure all Risk management templates are ready (i.e. SHEQ requirements)
- Reporting needed. Captured all loads.
- Closely oversee and manage the loading of all trucks at loading point, ensuring clients requirements are met.
- Proactively identify and manage issues and problems and resolve them so that they don’t impact on targets and deadlines.
- Treat any breakdowns and/or incidents as critical and do everything in your power to ensure the issue gets resolved as soon as possible.
- Pre-start inspections
- Ensure all paperwork is collected and submitted to Admin department, as required
**Skills Required**:
- Degree or Diploma in human resources management, Labour Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an industrial/ employee relations role
- CCMA/Labour Court experience essential
- In depth knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EE and CCMA Rules
