**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Must have a relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 8 years experience within the agricultural industry with a good understanding of different regions/crop will be required
- Good communication skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Collaborating and consulting with the Supply Chain/Inventory Manager on the delivery of goods and services as per commercial demand.
- Keeping the Commercial Team and customers updated regarding, product availability, out-of-stock items, supply issues, plant downtime and general issues affecting supply (beyond the control of the team).
- Coordinating with the Supply Chain/Inventory Manager to ensure Manufacturing, Planning and Distribution will lead to the delivery of products to customers as per demand.
- Assisting with National stock allocations vs forecast.
- Participating in system enhancements to assist in operational efficiency (Forecast, DC process) and increase of service levels.
- Ensuring the correct monthly pricing is loaded into the system and orders are booked out accordingly.
- Ensuring all pricing, codes, and availability are in order and loaded into the system
- Monitoring and managing stock levels by giving the warehouse permission to despatch stock accordingly.
- Providing regular customer feedback and following up on stock-related queries.
- Managing collections to push for shorter lead-times.
- Communicating orders and loads with the Warehouse.
- Managing back orders and clean-up of the system.
- Assisting with employment development, goals, KPI and performance management of reporting staff.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including Dealerships, Commercial Teams and Supply Teams (Procurement, Warehouse, Forecast, Finance etc.).

**Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
