We are looking to employ an HR coordinator with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. An HR coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances,or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation,and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, company systems, tactics,and procedures across the organisation.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Implement and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program, salaries, UIF, WCA, etc.
- Maintain HR related assets, ie, cellphones, laptops, motor vehicles, etc
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Recruitment
- BBBEE audit preparation and execution
- Supervise cleaning staff
- Any matters relating to the people management within the organization.

HR Coordinator Requirements:

- Any formal qualification in human resources or related (essential).
- 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R13,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stikland, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (required)
