KILOW?TT is growing and we are seeking an experienced new team member in the form of a technical operations assistant (Cape Town).
The main function of this role is to assist the technical operations manager with all administrative tasks related to the warehouse and event administration to keep the department running smoothly.

**Purpose of the role**:
Preparation of picking slips for shipment of assets, including directing technicians and freelancers with the picking/packing process.
Verifies asset inventory reports by compiling logs and reports, and adjusting entries.
Organise Kilowatt Crew, Freelancers, and vehicles on events and assign them to the relevant calendar
Facilitation of Insurance claims
Manage equipment repair process
Manage traffic fines
Assist with the hiring process of equipment from suppliers
Responsible for the freelancer database (building relationships and finding new freelancers)
Documents action by completing forms, reports, logs, and records, maintains Flex database monthly.
Monitors and maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical spot checks, biannual stock counts, reconciling variances, and inputting data.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Excellent time management skills working efficiently, in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines
Proven ability to work within a large team and cross-departmentally
Resourcefulness, challenge and conflict resolution with suppliers and Staff
Excellent knowledge of all computers software
Flex rental solutions knowledge advantageous
Minimum of three years’ live event industry experience
Own transport and driver’s license
Occasional work after hours or on weekends
