**Requirements**:

- A relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferably in

Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or Media
studies)
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ relevant experience at

an appropriate level i.e. communication, stakeholder
engagement, public relations, change management,
marketing
- Excellent writing, communication and engagement

skills including the ability to turn technical information into
simple language content
- Strong project management skills
- A valid Code B driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

for official use
- Availability outside standard office hours to facilitate

engagements.
Key Performance Areas
- Plan and implement communication and engagement initiatives
- Support of various construction projects and pave the

way for implementation
- Facilitate two-way flow of information between internal,

external stakeholders and affected communities to foster
relations, change and enable service delivery
- Promote various services, plans and strategies
- Implement interventions to change behavioural patterns
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
