- ssist the Online Director or Coordinator with online registration and enrollment. S
- eek to establish an effective working relationship with area/region personnel. A
- s assigned, communicate personally and professionally with a variety of individuals including students, teachers, program administrators, parents, schools, and Church representatives, etc. W
- ork with teachers and students to resolve technical and administrative concerns, such as Canvas class access, transferring credits to other CES institutions, and other such issues that students and teachers encounter. A
- ssist, support, and build the capability of local program administrative assistants with online classes. A
- ssist the Online Director or Coordinator with program finances and all other operational processes. (Manage finances, student information, and other operational processes within an environment of strict confidence.) C
- ollect, evaluate, disseminate, and maintain complex information and data from multiple sources. R
- espond to diverse challenges and changing priorities that are complex in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity. B
- e able to adapt to a demanding and shifting work schedule. A
- s needed, assist students in finding and enrolling in online classes for Seminary and Institute. P
- rioritize, manage, complete, and report on tasks.

ust hold a current and valid temple recommend and be worthy of it. H
- igh school Matric or equivalent, plus two years' post high school education or training. 3
- + years of administrative assistant experience. F
- undamental knowledge in using the Internet, web browsers, video conferencing software, and MS Office suite— especially Teams, Excel, Forms —and other approved tools, as assigned. I
- ntermediate office skills including moderate to complex research abilities, knowledge of the operation and maintenance of standard office equipment, and intermediate experience with standard office software sufficient to create reports, charts, graphs, and tables with mínimal supervision in spreadsheets and word processing documents. A
- bility to communicate professionally verbally and in writing. E
- xperience with customer support, with an emphasis on patience, kindness, and promptness. D
