Entersekt is looking for an experienced delivery lead with a proven track record of working with Agile software teams to optimise value. **The Role**

You will work with teams of software and quality engineers who are responsible for designing, building, and releasing high-quality software products in the fintech industry. As a delivery lead, your main responsibility will be to coach the teams, product owners, and wider company in Agile and Scrum principles. You will also facilitate collaboration and remove impediments to delivery so that the teams can deliver value at every sprint. You will be involved in quarterly planning events and work with teams to achieve their product outcomes (of which you will have to do some tracking and reporting). Your role will require you to work closely with product owners and your teams, while your career will be managed by the Agile delivery manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and collaborate across the organization to enable agility within time, resource, and budget constraints.
- Proactively engage teams and stakeholders to use best practice processes and tools to remove impediments and maintain transparency.
- Coach the software engineering teams in self-organization and the continuous improvement of delivery processes and team capabilities.
- Partner with the product owners to work effectively with their teams, including supporting the product owners groom and maintain the product backlog.
- Schedule and facilitate Scrum events or other Agile meetings.
- Find ways to make work visible and improve the flow and cycle time of product features.
- Use, produce, and communicate relevant metrics to enable inspection and adaption.
- Maintain your personal relevance in the industry.

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a Scrum master role for a software development team that diligently applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- A formal Scrum qualification or learning path.
- Experience working with software teams building commercial products or SaaS platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence in a Scrum and Agile context.
- Basic understanding of project management (beneficial).
