This is an opportunity to work onsite 4 days per week with our client in Rondebosch, Cape Town, bringing structure, clarity, and agility to product delivery while helping teams unlock their full potential. About the Role You’ll play a central role in driving Agile best practices across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategy. As a key enabler of collaboration and velocity, you’ll be the bridge between technical and business stakeholders,championing continuous improvement and value delivery. This is a dynamic, on-site position (4 days per week in office), ideal for a proactive Scrum Master who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setting. Key Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Guide teams in applying Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous delivery Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution Foster collaboration between developers, product owners, and stakeholders Track team performance and report on delivery metrics Support change management and coach teams through Agile maturity What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills Deep familiarity with software development life cycles and tooling Confident, calm, and solutions-oriented under pressure Nice to Have Experience within the PayTech or broader financial services industry Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.) Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar tools What’s On Offer Work with a forward-thinking client in a high-growth tech sector On-site role promoting strong team culture and direct collaboration Agile environment that values continuous learning and delivery excellence Opportunity to shape team dynamics and make a real impact on delivery outcomes Company Culture Our client is a global community of innovators, craftsmen, and change-makers who operate with a "stepping stone" mindset: your growth and theirs go hand in hand.
