**This role is available in our offices based in Cape Town or Sandton.**

**Role Purpose**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related fields.
- Completion of all A-level exams.
- At least two years of work experience.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills will be a distinct advantage.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of new smoothed bonus solutions, including the necessary quantitative analysis and preparing product approval documents for governance forums.
- Identify potential improvements to our existing solutions and their management, seeking approval for changes from governance forums.
- Actively participate in industry research and monitoring, keeping an eye on the target market and competitors to identify opportunities, threats, and areas of for solution enhancement.
- Provide technical advice and expertise to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, assisting them in analysing, supplying, and translating information on smoothed bonus solutions.
- Preparing reports, marketing materials and content related to the solution set.
- Undertake ad hoc actuarial projects and investigations.
