Business Unit Leader

Purpose of the position:
To manage the day-to-day operations of KBC's 5 Core Processes at the Business Unit, so as to ensure the efficient running of the KBC Business Unit through sound administrative practices and provision of a level of learning excellence that will meet KBC's quality standards and client expectation.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Deal with escalated client queries and complaints relating to all Business Unit operations
- Driving internal up selling and marketing initiatives regionally
- Writing and presenting Reports, Business Proposals and Tender preparation
- Monitor Client Service Level Agreements and ensure KPI's are met
- Ensure that the appearance and atmosphere of the Business Unit reflects those of an Occupational Health and Safety Training Centre and meets the requirements of the Corporate Client
- Process requests for replacement staff to ensure no delays in service delivery owing to a shortage of resources
- Ensure good housekeeping of Branch and surrounding area

Minimum Requirements:

- 3 - 4 years previous experience in a similar Management (Leadership) role
- Matric BCom / National Diploma in Commerce or Safety will be an added advantage
- Sales and Operations background essential
- Valid Driver’s License and Own reliable Transport
- Available to travel away from home when required

- Ability to multi-task under pressure & meet deadlines

- Marketing Skills
