- National Diploma: Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- 5 years' experience in similar environment of which 3 years’ experience must be in municipal water meter industry

**Core**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with all aspects regarding water services by laws and tariffs.
- Coordinate, supervision and contribution to technical, maintenance and operational activities of the department.
- Investigate complaints from the public and resolve where applicable, provide information/ reports and feedback where required by the public.
- Maintain accurate records with regard to site diaries, measurements, site instructions variation orders and inspections.
- Administer, implement, and supervise operational governance and risk management processes.
- Ensure that financial administration delivery process comply with internal control and governance standards and report on any deviation.
- Liaise with the public/ consumers, contractors, developers and other internal and external resources.
- Maintain good industrial relations with subordinates and co-workers to control effective administrative function.
