**Responsibilities**:
1. Data Entry and Management:

- Utilize Panacea software to accurately capture and input patient information into the electronic health records system.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in adherence to established protocols.

2. Panacea Software Expertise:

- Leverage your experience with Panacea software to navigate and utilize its features effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any software-related issues promptly.

3. Medical Office Setting:

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain relevant information for record keeping.

4. Record Keeping:

- Organize and maintain patient records in accordance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient filing and data retrieval systems.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience with Panacea software is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a medical office setting is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Working Hours**:

- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From R45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
