**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry**: Accurately capturing data from various sources, including electronic and hard copy documents, into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
- **Data Verification**: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of entered data by comparing it with source documents and identifying any discrepancies or errors.
- **Data Cleaning**: Identifying and correcting missing data, inconsistencies, or errors and bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.

**Data Security**: Adhering to data protection policies and maintaining confidentiality.
- **Compliance**: Adhering to organisational policies and procedures related to data handling and security.
- **General Duties**: General administrative duties and providing support to other staff members as needed.
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in general data capturing
- Experience in a lab environment is beneficial.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- **Computer Literacy**: Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry.
- **Data Entry Skills**: Accuracy and speed in data entry are crucial.
- **Accuracy and Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to accurately capture and verify data.
- **Communication Skills**:Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
