**Key deliverables**:

- End-to-end business change management services with FinSurv on its key strategic programmes

**Competencies**:

- Passion for driving change and a proven ability to influence culture at all levels with an organisation
- Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to develop executive-level presentations
- Experience in facilitating senior-level meetings to surface and resolve sensitive issues and drive alignment
- Experience in consulting and coaching project teams
- Experience in coaching senior management on change management deliverables
- Experience leading initiatives with big remote and onsite teams
- Excellent computer literacy, especially in the Microsoft Office products ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS teams) and survey tools
- Excellent team dynamics, working under pressure and in ambiguous situations
- Industry, organisational and business awareness knowledge and skill
- Understanding of strategic project lifecycle and environment
- Solid understanding of change activities and processes on large projects/programmes

**Minimum qualification required**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Human Science or related qualification equivalent
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in large scale complex business programme change management environment.

**The following will be an added advantage**:

- An MBA
- Certificate in Change Management Lean Six Sigma certification ( business transformation related)

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- large scale business programme change management: 8 years (preferred)
