- Diary management of MD and PA - responsible for organizing all meetings and refreshments.
- Assist and support PA.
- Co-ordinate all planning and executing of marketing and other related events with producers and relevant stakeholders.
- Compile daily correspondence to producers and buyers (if needed).
- Assist with admin employee’s functions when employees are on leave.
- Accountable for all IT and Software updates and management thereof.
- Manage the efficiencies and effectiveness of the Receptionist.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric or equivalent would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role is required.
- Bookkeeping diploma or equivalent would be an added advantage.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills in this role is required.
- High level understanding of the On Market business would be beneficial.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks/projects with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Deadline driven and team orientated individual.
