Well-founded real estate investment fund seeks Leasing Manager.

With their core focus of business aimed on investments into Retail, Commercial and Industrial developments, this company also oversees the management of their assets internally. A need exists in their ever-growing team to manage their leasing department as a primary function and as a secondary function to assist in reducing vacancies in the portfolio.

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Lease negotiation
- Rental analysis report
- Sourcing new tenants
- Managing vacancy schedules
- Creating vacancy listings
- Assist in preparing leasing strategies

To qualify for this role, you will need:

- 4 years of Management experience
- 8 - 10 years of experience in a leasing/Broker role
- Property related tertiary qualification
- Experience in the commercial or industrial sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
