**The key responsibility is to grow and develop the long term insurance portfolio.**

**The key outputs for this role are as follows**:

- New Business sales
- High level performance
- Strong selling and closing skills

**Qualification and Experience**:

- 2 years long term insurance face to face sales experience / **3 years long term insurance call centre experience.**:

- Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate
- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on DOFA)
- RE5 (depending on DOFA)
- Must have your own reliable transport
- Valid code B driver’s license
- Clear criminal and credit record

**Responsibilities**:

- **Build your own insurance portfolio by prospecting for new clients through networking, Cold calling and door - door canvasing for new business and ensuring good pipeline of business.**:

- **Conduct a comprehensive risk evaluation for the client and provide sound financial. advice to clients.**:

- **Retention of existing business including renewal**:

- **Providing feedback to line management when requested**:

- **Attending all weekly and adhoc team meetings**

**Remuneration**:

- **Salary : R 23 106, plus commission, plus travel allowance, plus cell phone allowance, plus a laptop with 3G.**:

- **Medical Aid and Pension Fund.**
