You will be responsible for the leading a team composed of Engineers and/ or Administrators to successfully manage your clients asset management system. You will be exposed to industry best practices for asset management and have access to extensive training material, to help you be the best you can be as a physical asset management specialist. If you seek a job where you can use your logical and analytical engineering mind to implement creative solutions to optimise your client's asset management system, this role was meant for you. **Minimum Requirements**: - Relevant Tertiary Qualification | B Eng/ BScEng Degree, B Tech Degree or N Diploma (Industrial/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical) - 8-10 years practical experience in manufacturing or mining consulting/services delivery environment - Applied knowledge of physical asset management, reliability engineering and EAMS systems (On Key) - 3-4 years management experience leading a team - Advantageous: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the On Key - Proven track record of excellent client relationship management in a service delivery environment **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Enabling and leading of AM resources to effectively deliver "Pragma Way" for clients - Identifies areas for service delivery enhancement, cost reduction and production efficiency and lead the execution of improvement projects - Monitor successful implementation of business processes - Lead workshops to facilitate effective and relevant reporting of KPIs by team - Deliver ad-hoc client support, training and projects. - Administrate the project(s) effectively, including budget forecasts and services updates in the ERP - Management of invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely payment of services rendered (manage portfolio's debtors) - Responsible for excellent Client Relationships and Customer Satisfaction - Responsible for client retention (services renewals) and growing of own portfolio by means of new sales and service expansions - Responsible for managing client SLA's - Establish short, medium and long term strategies for clients - Responsible for team's performance and development
