**Responsibilities**:

- Periodic and adhoc client data analysis and correction.
- Responsible for logging and tracking of errors/enhancements to Application Support team.
- Documentation and maintenance of system procedures.
- Managing existing asset coordinators.
- Undertakes other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as required, within the scope of the position or as assigned by the client.
- Generate and prepare reports as defined by the client
- Coordinate with the client to map and govern internal asset management processors and protocols
- Facilitate asset audits, monthly meetings and reporting and escalate exceptions to respective persons
- Authorize and assist internal warranty swap out processes.
- Assist the client in managing the number of devices not seen and updating status and comments.
- Provides escalations and analytics on onboarding, during life and decommissioning process of IT Assets.
- Develop life-cycle management programs for infrastructure assets and other Tangible Assets.
- Providing recommendations to senior leadership to continually evolve the role and improve the IT Asset Management program.
- Establish (with the assistance of the client and any external Managed Service Partners) an exceptions protocol that must be reported on (e.g., users not logging in for more than 14 days, software changes, etc.)
- Participate actively in the end of rental term process.
