**JOB SUMMARY**

Conduct internal sales to set targets & provide clerical and organizational support to the Sales Rep for a Waste Management company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and qualify sales leads.
- Tracking sales lead information such as names, contact information, and attending to follow up activities.
- Sell to Internal Customers.
- Visiting customers on occasion to build strong relationships with them and to understand their business.
- Compile quotations, proposals and tenders.
- Compile pricing list and update monthly.
- Communicating with customers with regards to order status, pricing etc.
- Compiling customer quotes and validating invoices.
- Liaising with the suppliers regarding delivery of equipment to clients.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Assisting with the sales department’s diary management and arranging meetings.
- Recording and processing sales department expenses.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers and potential customers.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and participate in the weekly Sales Meeting.
- Compile sales reports.

**DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Completed Matric Relevant qualification.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred for this role.
- 3 years’ experience in selling and Sales Administration.
- Computer literate: MS Office (Advanced skills)
- Excellent communicator and proficiency in English language.
- Valid Code 08 License.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
