Assist to build strategies for Impactful Specialist Solutions by attracting and recruiting qualified and

and make recommendations
- Capture and maintain psychometric database for all assessments
- Ensure all psychometric materials are filed according to policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audit on psychometric information in order to analyse trends within the unit
- Liaise with respective psychometric service providers
- Coach and mentor learners throughout the programme
- CV screening and match to relevant prerequisite

- Capturing recruitment data
- Secure interviews with clients
- Agency CV tracking
- Actively facilitate the smooth execution of selection process
- Accurate record keeping and storing of all recruitment and selection documentation.
- Continuous maintenance of all recruitment and selection databases and all other relevant

documentation.
- Assist in the administration of disciplinary action documentation
- Assist with offsite recruitment projects
- Perform ad-hoc tasks when required
- Verification of medical reports for people with disabilities

**Educational Qualifications**:
Honours Degree in Psychology or related qualification required
Experience in report writing integrating various assessments results
Excellent communication, interpersonal, people and customer care skills
Professional Qualifications
- Registration with HPCSA as Psychometrist (Independent Practise)
- Be certified in different psychometric assessments

Years of Experience
- 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Psychometry.
- Experience in a Learnership environment would be advantageous
- Proven management skills
- Knowledge of the NSDS, SAQA and the NQF
- Knowledge and understanding of ITC industry and qualifications
