Marketing Executive

We are looking to recruit for our marketing department here at ICG Medical. Our brands include Greenstaff, Clinical24 and Cromwell Medical Staffing.
We would be looking for someone to work with the Cromwell Medical Staffing business.
**Marketing Executive**
Key responsibilities:
- Project management experience to be able to manage creative campaigns for the multiple brands of the business (Ecomms, SMS and paid advertising mainly)
- Working closely with the Sales & Recruitment teams
- Posting content to the website
- Maintain relationships with external suppliers i.e. job boards such as Indeed
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Assisting the digital lead with social media and paid promotions (namely Facebook and Google Ads)
- Working alongside the team on large scale promotions
- Management of websites
- Coordination of multiple campaigns and projects for different areas of the business
- Working alongside Content Manager to create campaigns
- Qualifying the leads report for the Head of Marketing
- Working alongside digital manager and in-house designer to ensure consistency of brand
- Gathering data for reports and research
- Creating automation for projects within our Ecomms system and Sense (touch point messaging, NPS, birthday mailers)
- Work alongside Content Manager to create new content for the website and socials
- Working alongside digital manager and in-house designer to ensure consistency of brand
