Our client in the Manufacturing industry has an EE opportunity available for an Area Manager in the Polokwane area.
**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Relevant commercial degree or equivalent and
- Minimum 5 years Sales experience in an FMCG environment and
- Minimum of 5 years Managerial experience
- High level of computer literacy
- A proven track record in sales, warehousing and distribution

**KPAs**:

- Develop strategic business plans for both the sales and operations functions
- Ensure optimal depot resourcing
- Management of a sales team covering both on and off premise channels
- Manage sales & operations key performance areas
- Develop Quarterly Sales plans
- Provide customer service excellence
- Manage human resources
