**Receiving of Raw materials**:

- Ensure raw materials are available for HNC premis manufacturer
- Ensure supplied matches related purchase order
- Ensure materials are transferred to bulk warehouse
- Administer bar coding system

**Imported materials**:

- Oversee safe offloading of containers
- Check delivery documents
- Check quantities against purchase order
- Receiving of daily consumable items

**Customer returns**:

- Check and receipt customer returns
- Store materials in accordance with quality procedures

**Picking and dispatch of finished goods orders**:

- Ensure delivery notes are generated
- Ensure goods are checked against orders
- Confirm Transaction on SAP

**Market ready solutions**:

- Correct management of all market ready solutions inventory and stock movements on SAP

**Inventory control**:

- Plan and Conduct annual stock counts, and reconcile actual and book inventories

**Manage the disposal of waste product, domestic waste**:

- Mange in accordance with the contracts and third parties

**Ensure premix production has sufficient raw materials for daily production**:

- Replenish fast moving items in store on a regular basis
- Check shortage list with supply chain department in accordance with production plan and schedule

**Manage standard operating procedure for warehouse**:

- Ensure relevant SOP training is conducted
- Re-evaluate SOPs on a cyclical basis and upgrade where applicable

**Planning**:

- Ensure required materials have been through QC process before use

**Warehousing Efficiency**:

- Conduct daily shift start meetings
- Ensure cleanliness of warehouse facilities are maintained at high standards
- Ensure warehouse facilities are maintained and serviced by maintenance

**Staff management x 100 staff**:

- Provide input into staff performance areas
- Identify staff development areas
