**Core Objectives**

Carry out skilled DIY and general maintenance work involved in all aspects of onsite building maintenance, both internal and external.

The role includes general building DIY and maintenance, replacement of tiling and flooring, painting and decorating, and any other reasonable, related services that may be required from time to time.

**Independent Contractor duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Regularly perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Provide painting services
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building
- Installation/repairing/restoring of flooring/wooden tables
- Waterproofing, including TorchOn
- Report completed work and provide imagery evidence
- Suggest additional repairs/preventative maintenance when identified and needed
- Clean sites where duties were performed
- Liaise with sub-contractors when necessary

Pay: Up to R500,00 per day

**Experience**:

- handyman: 5 years (preferred)
