We are looking for an Area Manager with trolley management experience. The Area Manager will have overall responsibility for a number of stores in an allocated area. You'll be responsible for staff and you'll work closely with other senior managers and department managers.

Your duties will include:

- Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
- Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
- Driving team performance
- Controlling the training and development of your staff

Great leadership skills are also a bonus as you'll need to be able to inspire and motivate lots of people. Other skills that will be to your advantage are:

- The ability to work under pressure
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
- Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
- Planning and organisational skills
- Commercial acumen

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday 06h00 to18h00
- Saturday 06h00 to 16h00
- Sunday 06h00 to 14h00

Alternative weekends and public holidays off.

**Requirements**:

- Previous commercial trolley/cleaning management experience
- Valid driving license
- Roadworthy motor vehicle

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
