**Responsibilities**:
Management of learners/permanent staff. Tracking of attendance and performance. Coaching and mentoring of learners whilst they are on the 12-month learnership.
**Minimum Qualifications and Experiences**
- Matric
- Microsoft office experience. (1year experience)
- Bilingual would be advantageous.
- Dialer management (Advantageous)
- Leadership qualities
- Call Centre processes
- Well versed in Agent procedures
**Responsibilities**:
- Coaching learners for workplace experience whilst also ensuring that learners reach their targets on individual campaigns.
- Listen and analyze call recordings using in-house systems to help with performance.
- Reporting to be done to assist with tracking on learners.
- Ensure client requests are met timeously
- Provide weekly feedback on learners in terms of attendance/performance/mentorship
- Tracking of QA process for each learner you are responsible for.
- Ensure appropriate compliance and call process is adhered to on all calls by learners.
- Adhering to the POPI processes and tracking of all POPI calls which need to be reported to management.
- Developing ideas that may assist learners in making it a conducive environment whilst still ensuring performance,
- Provide stats of learners that do not meet their targets to your superior.
- Effectively, plan, organize, manage and ensure that all learners are gaining workplace experience.
- Responsible for training on new campaigns together with call center agent training such as telephone etiquette.
- To ensure that the compliance of company policy and procedures are adhered to.
- Due to the nature of the business assist in any other areas should it be necessary.
**Competencies Required**
Confidence, Microsoft Office experience, organizational skills, excellent listening and communication skills, time management, people’s person and a understanding of how to work with people with disabilities
**Additional Competency Testing**
Ability to communicate effectively, Bi - lingual, Previous coaching experience

Mon - Fri (07h30 - 16h00)
