**Sales Representative**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, ideally in the agricultural sector.
- Based in the Lowveld area, covering Tzaneen (North) to Dullstroom (West) and Komatipoort.
- Matric Qualification.
- Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy or any related field (advantageous).
- Willingness to travel regularly within the abovementioned areas.
- Driver’s License and own vehicle (Company Vehicle provided).

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives by leveraging product knowledge and understanding the client’s needs.
- Expand Market Presence: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong partnerships with clients to increase market share and strengthen the client’s footprint in the region.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their specific challenges and providing customised solutions that add value to their operations.
- Provide Technical Support: Act as a trusted advisor to customers by resolving product-related issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments to share market intelligence, support strategic planning, and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
- Lead Product Development Trials: Plan, manage, and evaluate on-site product trials with clients, using insights to guide product positioning and future sales efforts.
