**General Manager Wanted at Kong Bar and Grill**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and smooth workflow
- Lead, motivate, and train a diverse team to deliver high-quality experiences
- Manage budgets, inventory, and resources to meet financial targets
- Drive marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Maintain and build relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and address any feedback or issues

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
