**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that reflects the energy and vibe of Opium Lounge.
- Coordinate promotional events and partnerships to attract diverse clientele.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and media outlets.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Cape Town nightlife scene is a plus.
