Our amazing consumer electronics client is looking for a **Client Services Coordinator** in Sandton.

The role of the Client Service Coordinator is to ensure that we deliver the highest quality service to our clients and their customers. You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance management of our clients, analysis of how operational services are delivered with each business unit, and how service delivery and processes can be improved during the order stages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients.
- Addressing and resolving client & customer complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Communicating and collaborating with internal departments to ensure that the clients’ needs are met.
- Compiling reports on the account progress and service levels.
- Developing a thorough understanding of the client's needs and requirements and preparing customised solutions.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships with all stakeholders internally and externally.
- Performance manages internal departments on a day-to-day basis to ensure service levels are met.
- Decision making for any issues to ensure customers are kept happy.
- Compiling weekly and monthly statistics.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in either customer service, helpdesk, office administration or project management role
- Experience with B2B and B2C

**Salary**: R8 000 - R12 000 per Month
