**Job Title**: Senior Teacher & Evaluator

**Location**: ABC International Braamfontein

**Type**: Contract / Daily Rate

**Rate**: R1,000 per day

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **highly qualified and experienced teacher** with a minimum of **10 years of teaching experience** to join our team as a **Senior Teacher & Evaluator**. This role will focus on conducting **teacher evaluations**, providing **constructive feedback**, and supporting professional development to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **formal and informal teacher evaluations** in line with institutional policies and quality standards.
- Observe lessons and assess teaching methodologies, classroom management, and learner engagement.
- Provide **comprehensive feedback reports** highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and guide teachers to enhance instructional practices and learner outcomes.
- Support curriculum delivery by ensuring alignment with best teaching practices.
- Maintain accurate evaluation records and follow up on progress after feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and recommend professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum **Bachelor’s Degree**:

- At least **10 years of proven teaching experience** in a formal educational setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in **teacher evaluation and mentoring.**

Pay: R1 000,00 per day

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week
