- Provides administrative support for team including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls, compiling media and competitor coverage, coordinating press tour pitching, scheduling and logistics.
- Assists with research including analysis of media coverage and online conversations
- Coordinates projects and events including inviting media, preparing press kits, attending events and preparing reports
- Demonstrates a general knowledge of current social media tools
- Builds a network of traditional and online media contacts
- Participates in the new business process, including research, audits and proposal preparation
- Understands internal operations and inter-team cooperation
- Commits to continuous learning and improvement of tactical skills by attending Edelman Learning Institute classes and seeking other training, including on-the-job training and mentoring
- Demonstrates behaviours consistent with Edelman’s values, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
- Communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines and assignments
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to clients and teams
- Ability to work in a team with minimum supervision
