**Process Safety & Standards Manager**

Germiston, GP, South Africa | req21614

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will be responsible to perform incident & audit finding analysis/trending and work with BU heads to develop & implement corrective action plans
- Facilitate Process Safety related training and monitor training service providers for appropriateness and value adding
- Ensure compliance with all Process Safety requirements including but not limited to MHRP / MHI, Product Stewardship and Engineering Management of Change (EMOC)
- Facilitate Behavioural Safety programmes & tools including implementation of the Leading in SHEQ Roadmap
- Develop/ issue Process Safety communications and campaigns in conjunction with each BU
- Furthermore, you develop appropriate Process Safety reporting on performance

**What makes you great**
- You hold a BSc in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a Tertiary qualification SHEQ
- You have 6-10 years' experience in Process Safety in a Manufacturing environment
- Solid experience working with MHI's
- Above average systems knowledge
