At Jonsson Workwear, we aim to cultivate talent, support our people’s growth, and create engaging worker experiences. Our Talent Development team drives our talent acquisition, onboarding and people development to support our team members throughout their journey at Jonsson Workwear.

The Talent Development Trainer is responsible for being an inspiring and influential ambassador who will tell the Jonsson Workwear story proudly to everyone who touches the brand. This role involves facilitating and planning our monthly induction programme as well as various other Talent Development initiatives across the business.

**The main responsibilities of the role include**:

- Facilitating and planning monthly new starter induction and facilitating tours of our various infrastructure.
- Ensuring an unbelievable onboarding experience for all new starters.
- Facilitating and planning induction for new store openings.
- Assist with the development of presentation and induction material.
- Project managing bi-annually national workshops.
- Supporting the coordinating of our internal incentive programme, Project Kopano.
- Travelling (5 - 7 days a month) to our various sites across Southern Africa.

**The experience we’re looking for**:

- Experience in a teaching or lecturing role would be advantageous.
- Experience in an events, sales or customer facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Has a valid driver’s license.
