Guesthouse Administrator

**Location**: Sunset Beach, Milnerton, Cape Town

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Guesthouse Administrator to lead the daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and uphold our standards of service and excellence.
**Key responsibilities**:
Oversee daily operations of the guesthouse including reservations, housekeeping, and guest services.
Facilitate guest check-ins, check-outs, and respond to all guest queries in a professional manner.
Facilitate and support housekeeping and maintenance to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
Coordinate vendor services and manage supplier relationships.
Monitor booking platforms and update availability and pricing.
Handle complaints and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Maintain stock levels of supplies and amenities.
Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in hospitality, hotel, or guesthouse management (minimum 2-3 years).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
Flexible and able to work weekends and public holidays.
Professional, hands-on, and committed to excellence.
Experience in marketing and tourism
