Safair Operations, operating as FlySafair, has a vacancy for an On-boarding Coordinator at our head

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate the logistics of the induction process;
- Act as a point of contact for new employees;
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of the induction coordination, implementing improvements as needed;
- Advising new employees with details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes;
- Welcoming new employees with prepared on boarding kits and an office tour;
- Introducing new employees to their team members;
- Providing new employees with manuals, guidelines,
- and passwords, as needed;
- Detailing all new employees’ initial tasks and answering any queries or direct queries to the appropriate channel;
- Assist with arrangements of new employees
- attending the company induction programme;
- Assisting Line Manager to assign buddy/mentor for the new employees during on boarding period;
- Assist with ad hoc administration duties as and when required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent;
- Administrative Certificate / Diploma or related will be an advantage;
- 2 years’ relevant administration support experience;
- Sound computer literacy on MS Word at an intermediate level with proven formatting;
- skills (essential), MS Excel will be an advantage;
- Exposure gained within the recruitment industry or environment will be highly;
- advantageous; Own transport is preferable.
