Our client a leader in the foodservice distribution and supply are currently recruiting for an Admitted Attorney (Labour Relations). The aim of this role is to manage the full Labour Relations/Human Capital function for the allocated branches.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- The role will be a Human Capital Generalist role with a specialized focus in IR/ER.
- The IR/ER specialization will involve attending internal and external disputes as the internal expert in this area.
- Minimizing internal disputes through ER management.
- Developing ER/IR/Employment Law training material based on identified needs.
- Coordinating and managing IR/ER training via train-the-trainer method through other HR Practitioners in the business.
- Litigating from CCMA to Labour Court when necessary.

Qualifications required:

- Relevant legal qualification.
- Admitted Attorney.
- Must have experience in dealing with labour matters.

**Salary**: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
