CTP Printers, a dynamic leader in the printing sector is looking to fill the position of Commercial Manager. This Senior position will report to the General Manager and will be based in Parow, Cape Town.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Supply Chain Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Understand our cost structures to align purchases with our cost-saving goals.
- Analyse data to find potential savings.
- Develop and implement smart purchasing strategies.
- Manage tender processes to find the best suppliers without compromising on quality.
- Negotiate contract terms that benefit our business.
- Forecasting and maintenance of inventory levels

**Warehouse Operations**:

- Manage warehouse facilities, layout, and workflow to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices for inventory management, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and order picking processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in warehouse operations.

**Management Reporting**:

- Analysis of monthly organisational performance with a view to identify opportunities for improvement in production and control and reduce cost within the organisation

**Sales**:

- Participate in pricing and service solutions
- Introduce new products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Develop our unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Compilation and submission of tenders

**Compliance Management**:

- Manage and report on regulatory and commercial compliance including Extended Producer Responsibility and environmental and social compliance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification (in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management, or a related field)
- Proven experience in a commercial or supply chain management role.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Great attention to detail
