As a highly engaged member of the team, you will be responsible for enabling the delivery against commercial and other relevant Customer Experience (CX) targets for TFG Rewards & Customer Hub products, by developing, articulating and implementing detailed product roadmaps to guide customer product delivery. In addition, the role focuses on maximising commercial return, by leveraging the value created through omnichannel product experience.

**Your role includes, but is not limited to**:
**Product Management**
- Ensure customer informs the product strategy by engaging in customer insights, competitor analysis as well as internal and external market intelligence, in collaboration with the business owners.
- Develop business cases for improvements and enhancements to extend the product lifecycle of customer products and improve profitability.
- Contribute to the update of existing product strategies, working closely with the customer team to manage the product lifecycle in its entirety, as well as the associated product roadmaps.
- Facilitate the implementation of development processes for products with other business areas and external service providers, according to the TFG Agile deliver model and established ways of working within the Customer hub.
- Translate the customer product roadmaps into implementation plans, pursue revenue optimisation strategies, clarifying any ambiguity throughout the roadmap’s implementation, in conjunction with Agile delivery manager.

**Commercial / Revenue Optimisation**
- Identify opportunities to acquire, retain and expand on revenue generated to improve the standing and commercial viability of customer products.
- Analyse market conditions to develop evidence-based revenue optimisation strategies.
- Identify expense reduction opportunities, in conjunction with the Business Insights Lead, and create plans and tracking to drive cost reduction strategies.
- Create revenue optimisation models to determine optimal solutions that sustain and protect revenue generation.
- Identify potential future commercial opportunities for products through the analysis of data and derived insights (i.e., where customer needs are not currently being met).
- Utilise customer data, journeys, and personas to understand and tap into high-margin customer segments that are likely to be positively influenced by an expanding product offering.
- Use deductive and inductive research approaches to deliver impactful and insightful commercial reports on product performance & recommend enhancements to support business.
- Build business cases for the continued development of innovative offerings, by motivating for the appropriate investments.
- Analyse key indicators of products’ success and assess the extent to which the service offering is commercially viable; make recommendations to enhance commercial viability.
- Conduct root-cause analyses on the commercial performance of products to identify the fundamental cause of performance outcomes.
- Test the commercial viability of opportunities, guided by the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and risk appetite of the business.
- Propel the commercial viability of opportunities post-testing to gain critical mass and uptake.

**Financial and Commercial Acumen**
- Propose opportunities to proactively optimise the commercialisation of Customer products, based on key findings of data analyses.
- Maintain an understanding of drivers of commercial success, and how to position customer hub products, to strengthen competitive advantage.
- Distil insights of collective market, industry, and commercial environment of TFG and understand this against the impact of the customer hub offerings.
- Analyse budget forecasts throughout the year, to track extent of budgetary adherence and make adjustments.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure information, advice, or opinions regarding the commercialisation of customer products is made available and/or communicated appropriately and
