**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Management**: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hospitality professionals, including front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- **Operational Excellence**: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all guest housing and maintenance services. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- **Guest Experience**: Oversee all aspects of guest relations, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Maintenance Oversight**: Ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet safety and quality standards. Coordinate and supervise maintenance schedules and repairs.
- **Financial Management**: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure all operations comply with local, state and regulations. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- **Strategic Planning**: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on guest housing and maintenance.
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and operational management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
