We are currently looking into hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join our Team in KZN.

**Job Purpose**
- Responsible for the effective and efficient management of recruitment for all the stores in the group. Through the execution of strategies and processes this role will support the business to meet the recruitment needs in key growth areas.

**Key Performance Areas**
- Execute attraction strategies for bulk recruitment: - Headhunting, controlling walk in CVs at stores.
- Engage with internal/relevant line managers in providing expert, consultant services and guidance
- Create and manage a talent pool to enable an effective recruitment process when a vacancy arises within the required time frame.
- Prioritize continuous improvement through consistent evaluation of recruitment practices
- Initiate the onboarding process
- Identify risks and problems and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures
- Provide feedback on processes and procedures to all line managers
- Report monthly on statistics, trends and best practices

**Minimum Requirements**
- Relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 (advantageous)
- 3 - 5 years’ recruitment experience, preferably as an in-house specialist and be able to demonstrate same, this must include dealing with volume/bulk recruitment
