Job Family- Investment Banking
**Job Purpose**
- Pro-actively contribute to the effective and efficient functioning of the desk and the achievement of the revenue budget.**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve an overall annual budget as determined by Management, through team effort.
- Grow Retail Foreign Exchange (FX) revenue and turnover on the Retail FX Sales Desk through provision of a consistent, fast, efficient and professional service to all stakeholders.
- Proactively co-ordinating cross-boundary collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Identify training courses and career progression for yourself through input and feedback from management.
- Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified time frames.
- Compliance with all Regulatory requirements and all internal Risk and Compliance requirements at all times.
- Share knowledge and industry trends with team during formal and informal interaction.
**Type of Exposure**

- Essential Qualification- Relevant degree and /or ACI certification- Preferred Qualification- B.Com and/or ACI certification- Minimum Experience Level- At least 3 years’ experience in a Retail FX branch or in a Global Markets environment- Technical Competencies- Knowledge of FX Markets
