**Job Purpose**
- To learn, grow & develop the competencies of a Dealer on the Retail FX Sales desk and proactively contribute to the effective & efficient functioning of the desk and the achievement of the revenue budget for the desk.**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve an overall annual budget as determined by Management, through team effort.
- Grow Retail Foreign Exchange (FX) revenue and turnover on the Retail FX Sales Desk through provision of a consistent, fast, efficient and professional service to all stakeholders.
- Proactively co-ordinating cross-boundary collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Identify training courses and career progression for yourself through input and feedback from management.
- Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified time frames.
- Compliance with all Regulatory requirements and all internal Risk and Compliance requirements at all times.
- Share knowledge and industry trends with team during formal and informal interaction

**Essential Qualification - NQF level**

Matric
- Preferred QualificationB.Com and/or ACI certification
- Minimum Experience Level3-5 years’ experience in a Retail FX branch or in a Global Markets environment.
